Medical construction is complex and requires special knowledge of the industry regulations and standards as well as the specific requirements needed by the medical facilities. With years of experiences in this area our team possess the expertise to build any type of facility. We can also offer design and documentation as part our service due to having established ongoing relationships with a team of expert consultants i.e. architects, engineer etc. This complete service takes the worry out of the whole process and allows us to manage the entire project from concept design to approvals, building surveyor, authorities and Owners. Commercial Fit-out

Our team can assist with all kinds of commercial fit-out works. This includes cafés restaurants, offices and retail etc. We understand the importance of effective programming when it comes to fit-out as often the works need to be completed within a tight time frame. Working with Owners Corporations can be challenging at times and requires extensive communication and co-ordination, at TSquare we can deal directly with these issues on your behalf. Another major part of our work is to implement and maintain robust OH&S policies and procedures to eliminate any safety risks exposed to the public.

Smart Pre-fab Construction

Our long-term goal to master efficiency in delivering projects motivates us to continue to improve the way we construct and look for better alternatives that could save both time and cost. Having established a partnership with a local pre-fabrication company, we are able to deliver economical housing stocks in large quantities within a short timeframe of 3 - 4 months. Furthermore, when it comes to volume build, one of our focuses is to ensure the materials used are environmentally friendly and recyclable. As a responsible builder, we are always pushing to minimalise impact on our environment and preserve energy we use, not only during the delivery process, but also in the end product for the user.
